Brooke Carmen, PT, DPT will be out in our Pearl Location on Thursdays to meet clients' physical therapy needs! Portland Integrated Health & Sports Medicine is a medical home model, meaning that Brooke will have the opportunity to work alongside a variety of other clinicians and staff that can provide clients with a variety of other healthcare needs - all in one location! This includes Primary Care, Mental Health/Counseling, Chiropractics, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture and Health Coaching! Don't worry - if you are used to seeing Brooke in NW Portland at our Lovejoy Location, she will still be there Monday-Wednesday and half day Friday. She is always open to addressing any questions or concerns you may have by phone or e-mail.
