How many sessions a week will I need to see my physical therapist?


Just like the time it takes to see results, the number of sessions per week will also vary according to a number of factors. Generally, your physical therapist will request to see you 1-2 times each week as you are first developing your program and understanding your condition. As you progress, you and your physical therapist will decide the schedule that is most appropriate to continue making progress towards your goals. Should you require special scheduling, please alert your physical therapist at the beginning of the session.
