Patrick’s hobbies are numerous, including, but not limited to: snowboarding, long walks through the forest, playing bagpipes, flying helicopters, playing civ, listening to gangster rap, urban camping and hiking, reading books, learning more about physical activity and how it is a viable way to reduce the risks of Alzheimer’s disease, mild cognitive impairment, and vascular dementia in older adults, nutrition research, volunteering in Africa, India, and Thailand, general philanthropizing, Jesus, God, Eminem, watching movies, dabbling in stand-up comedy, short-film making, cars, and of course his family, especially his beautiful wife Nic and his mom. His dad, too. :)
