Scholastics:
Anna earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) magna cum laude at Pacific University in 2016. She previously graduated from The Ohio State University in 2005 with undergraduate degrees magna cum laude and with honors in International Business and Russian Language & Literature. She hails from southwest Ohio.
Credentials and Continuing Education:
Anna achieved her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through Herman & Wallace after completing her doctorate. Her other continuing education training includes coursework through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT), American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Institute for Clinical Excellence (ICE), and more. She is a life-long learner. She also guest lectures for Pacific University's PT program and is a clinical instructor for PT student interns.
Experience:
Anna's passion has been pelvic health physical therapy since before entering PT school. Her background includes graduate school rotations in outpatient clinics, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities. Since graduation she has exclusively practiced orthopedics and pelvic health in the Portland-Vancouver area, working with patients across the life span and gender identity spectrum.
Hobbies:
Anna spends most of her free time with her husband and two children, going on adventures big and small. Her hobbies include dabbling in different physical activities like hiking, skiing, strength training, and swimming; listening to audiobooks; and spending time with friends.
