How quickly will you be able to schedule my patients?

We will contact your patient within 24-48 hours of receiving a referral. Generally, we will be able to see your patients within one week of receiving a call to schedule an appointment. There are instances when the patient's and our schedule allow for same day scheduling. Make sure to reinforce with your patient that the earlier they contact our office, the sooner we can work to meet their scheduling needs.
