Whether you're running for a little exercise, or competing in a marathon, injury prevention is key. If you're not a big fan of warming up before running, you're not alone. However, performing this one minute warm up routine can help prevent you from injuring yourself. As you get used to warming up, it might be best to warm up 5-10 minutes before a run.
