What are natural endorphins?
Endorphins are natural pain and stress fighters in our body. I keep a list of natural endorphin releasing activities/foods to give to my clients suffering from persistent pain and stress. The activities on the list are general, but all have roles in releasing endorphins, serotonin, dopamine, or oxytocin by the central nervous system. These are the feel-good chemicals in our body.

What to do with this list?
First, write down your own list of things that help you feel good (maybe drinking a warm beverage or talking to a friend.) Then pick three things either from your list or from the list above to do every single day. Switch it up, it doesn’t have to be the same three things every day. Help your brain get better at releasing those really good chemicals again.
