I wanted to show two common joint mobilizations that I perform in session and three muscles that I assess when I see people with jaw pain (Temporomandibular Joint Disorder).
Disclaimer: The reason why someone has jaw pain can be multi-factorial. I don't use these techniques with every person with jaw pain. It depends on the findings of the initial evaluation.
